学院广泛开展国际学术交流和合作活动，是全球航海教育与培训联合会会员单位，目前已和世界上9个国家和地区的10多所高校建立了良好的校际合作交流关系。 学院积极实施“订单式”等人才培养模式，强化校企合作，努力培养高素质、技术技能型人才，积极服务于地方社会经济发展，毕业生就业率始终保持在98%以上。 Nantong Shipping College Nantong Shipping College（NTSC）is a vocational college engaged in higher education under the direct authority of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation. The college was established in 1960. It’s now situated in Nantong, a scenic city of Jiangsu Province in the Yangtze River Delta of China. The College now has the capacity to educate over 10,000 full time students, over 2,000 further education students, as well as short-term vocational training for over 20,000 students each year. There are 7 academic departments: nautical; ship engine engineering; ship and ocean engineering; transportation engineering; management and information technology; mechanical and electrical engineering; Humanities and Arts, totally 49 specialties. It has a number of key national specialties, provincial model specialties, state-level quality courses and provincial quality courses. The college established its educational quality management system with the accordance of ISO9001: 2000 quality standard, while its training quality management system certified by DNV audit. |
